1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Iwana Specialty Coffee Roasters website (iwanacoffee.com) and placing orders through our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Products
All coffee products sold through our online store are whole bean coffee, roasted in-house in Las Vegas, Nevada. We import single-origin Colombian coffee and roast in small batches to ensure freshness. We offer specialty micro-lot coffees that are available in limited quantities. When a micro-lot sells out, it may not be restocked with the same lot.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Iwana Specialty Coffee Roasters does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping
We ship to the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. A flat shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all orders. Orders are shipped via USPS.
6. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of FARO USA LLC and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iwana Specialty Coffee Roasters and FARO USA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
