The process infuses the beans with delicate floral and stone-fruit aromatics that transform every brew into something extraordinary. In the cup: jasmine-like florals, bright citrus, and mixed berries open the experience. Lemongrass and chamomile add herbal complexity, while brown sugar sweetness grounds it all with warmth. The body is medium, the finish juicy and elegant. Produced by José Rodriguez at Finca La Loma in Neiva, Huila. Scored 86+ SCA points.
